Associate Programme Overview
With the end of August marking the end of our 8th financial year, we are pleased to have seen another year of growth, with more client frameworks secured, more associates mobilising on projects, more associates being referred and joining the programme, and more colleagues joining the business.

Drinks Event - Winter 2023
It’s been 3 months since our last Associate get-together and the team are eager to get the next event scheduled and in the diary. We are working in the background to secure a London based venue and a date, keep an eye out for details in the coming weeks.
New Starters
To support Platform Smart’s growth, we are happy to welcome two new starters to the team in July and August. James Hallewell joins us as our Management Accountant and Marie Garcia joins as our Associate Communications and Social Media Co-Ordinator.

With a recent renewal of our consultancy framework with easyJet, Managing Consultant Kam Gandham shares some insights into some of the strategic programmes we have been supporting over the past 18 months aside from the Cyber Security Transformation, and where we expect there to be opportunity for our associates in the coming months…
