If you need to take unplanned absence, please send an email stating that you will not be available and providing an estimated duration of your absence. This enables us to inform the client, update reports, and make any necessary arrangements.

Many of our Associates are easily reachable via Microsoft Teams. Where permitted by clients, your Platform Smart email address will be assigned a Teams licence. We encourage Associates to download the application and use it to engage with stakeholders, other Associates, and clients.

The Basingstoke office has a meeting room available for conference calls or stakeholder meetings. To book the room and check availability, invite square@platform-smart.co.uk to your meeting request. Alternatively, you can email pmo@platform-smart.co.uk.

As set out in your Professional Services Agreement with Platform Smart, invoices should be submitted monthly and must be supported by weekly timesheets. Once authorised, payment will be made within thirty (30) days of invoice submission. If services are delivered on a fixed-price basis under a Statement of Work, invoicing should align with the agreed payment schedule. Invoices without supporting timesheets, evidence of milestone delivery, or specific approval cannot be processed.

Platform Smart adheres to GDPR requirements to ensure all individuals’ data rights are upheld. This includes the secure removal of personal data or its provision in electronic format upon request. These processes are governed by our ISO-certified procedure, PSP014. If you would like to make a data access request, please contact your account manager.
