The Challenge

The customer operated a manual call centre using a deteriorating digital system to support its freight booking capabilities. The result was a slow and heavily resource-driven service that often couldn’t meet the needs of its freight customers.

This encompassed various aspects, from booking to selecting sailing charters, dates, VAT, and even vehicle validation.
